You must present a valid driving license (held for at least one year), a national ID card or passport, and a credit or debit card in the name of the main driver.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Cash payments may be accepted for certain bookings—please contact us in advance to confirm.
A 10% deposit will be charged at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Our car rental service includes unlimited mileage within the Canary Islands, basic insurance coverage, 24/7 roadside assistance, and free additional driver. Some extras, such as child seats or GPS devices, are available upon request for an additional fee.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, the 10% deposit may be refundable or non-refundable—please check our cancellation policy for details.
